I have written a couple of op-eds in national newspapers, several articles for the Norwegian health magazine Sunnhetsbladet, and an article for the Norwegian street magazine =Oslo, as well as an article in the magazine Hauste. I have also written an introductory chapter for an academic book (Routledge) on global food security.
